I really like it! Belle is awesome! I love the colors that you chose (specially how you used brown as an outline instead of the regular black outline that most people usually use)

a few suggestions:

The eyes. Try to add a little depth in them. Maybe even a little gleam in the eyes. The hair is beautiful and so is the skin shading. As for the eyebrows add a few hair stokes to make it a bit more realistic instead of one long strand of brown (maybe do some lines like you did in her hair.)
